CANDLER– Brandon Banks, age 30, of Candler died Sunday, April 26, 2020. Brandon was born January 29, 1990 in Buncombe County. He is the son of the late Michael Anderson. Surviving are his mother, Kimberly B. Rice and step-father, Christopher of Candler; son, Abel Banks of Candler; brother, Dustin Maxwell of Candler and maternal grandparents, Robert and Linda Banks of Asheville.
