Dearest Ellen,
We were so sorry to hear about Randy. He was an awesome man who always had a smile on his face and was so proud to be your husband. We loved being your neighbors and appreciated the great pride he had in your home, even making sure the grass never got too tall!
Our love and prayers go out to you. We will always smile when we think of what a beautiful couple you were together.
XXOOO,
Ernie and Becky Lasher

We will always remember Randy as a neighbor and a friend. We always had a chat when I was out walking. Always so good natured and fun to talk to . I will always cherish my big wooden star he made for our house her in High Country Estates. Our hearts go out to his wonderful, caring wife Ellen. You are both in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Randy, Writing from Montreal, Canada - thank you for your friendship after loosing contact for so many years. I first met you at Gibbons Hall (now part of Asheville School) and then we were in junior high, at David Millard. I will always, always keep our emails. You put up a very brave struggle and nothing more can be asked. To your family - I am very sorry. Thank you for being friends, Randy. We will always be friends. Thanks, Randy. You did so much good in life

Dear Family, I was very sad to hear about Randy's passing. He was vey happy to help me with putting little lights in one of my Parade Horse outfits. It got the attention of every judge. Blessings to each of you. Ann Brinkley.

Dear Ellen and family,
Kathleen and I want to express our deepest sympathy for your loss. Randy will always remain in our hearts..
I will always cherish all the memories of our many times that we were able to spend time of fellowship together. And having alot of fun threatening to bring him a big TV to fix. He would always tell me that he had the big hammer ready. Bring it on.
Travel well my Brother. Rest well. And to the family in your time of morning. May the blessings of heaven rest upon you. May you find peace and comfort from our lord and savior.

I sure will miss Uncle Randy, he always made me smile and was such a great help to my Dad (Richard). I know they are together catching up on things and having grand conversations in heaven. Thinking of you all during this time of sadness. May God keep you all in his hands and comfort you.
